SPX, Club SPX and At Home SPX Reformers: Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding, Gearbar, and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Rubber Footbar) when used in a home or non-commercial setting. Ten (10) Year Warranty on these components when used in a commercial facility offering fitness services to the public, including, but not limited to Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms and spas.
All Models:
Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty on fabric or upholstery. See below for conditions of warranty.
One (1) Year Limited Warranty on wear and tear items including ropes, straps, spring clips, plastic pulley bar receptacle sleeves, non skid tape on footbar, spring covers and plastic spring holders.
Two (2) Year Limited Warranty on all other Reformer components.
The Company will, at its option, repair or replace warranted parts, provided that these part(s) fail due to a defect in workmanship or materials and provided such failure is reported to the Company within the part-specific warranty period.
