Designed for couples who want to workout simultaneously in the comfort of their own home, the dual weight stack design enables you and your workout partner to use different weight stations at the same time. With a total weight resistance of 400 Pounds, each weight stack offers up to 200 Pounds of resistance in 10 Pounds increments. It allows you to build and tone muscle in any major muscle group on your body. Designed with double stitched vinyl upholstery, and 2 inch of contoured high density foam, the X2 provides a comfortable workout environment that supports the parts of your body that need it most. The weight stack enclosures have been incorporated into the design of this home gym. Position to surround the weight stack throughout the entire range of motion, the enclosure prevents you from pinching your fingers between weights. The ab crunch / french curl station for strengthening and shaping abdominal muscles which can also be used for triceps extensions (french curls). The low pulley station with folding foot plate provides a variety of exercises not limited to low rows, upright rows, arm curls, hip adduction, hip abduction and glute kicks. The leg extension and curl station provides seated leg extension and standing leg curl. The seats and seat backs are fully adjustable. Seat backs adjust forward and tilt to fit any size user and for proper support over a wide range of exercises. Adjustments are color coded and labeled with specific setting to minimize transition time and confusion.
